Silver Springs – Martin Luther School provides specialized services to children who have faced steep challenges, such as abuse, neglect, repeated school failures, and much more. Silver Springs helps them reach for a brighter future. Today, Silver Springs provides special education, focused support, and residential and community based mental health services for more than 2,400 children and their families each year. Their goal is to help children, learn, to heal, and to reach brighter futures.

Ed Snider Youth Hockey
Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation’s mission is to use the sport of hockey to help educate young people on how to succeed in the game of life. The program is provided, at no cost, to both boys and girls who reside in inner city neighborhoods within the Cities of Philadelphia and nearby, Camden, NJ. The Foundation provides the equipment, ice time and experienced coaching. In addition to teaching children how to play hockey, the Foundation seeks to instill in our participants life-enhancing values such as teamwork, positive self-esteem, the importance of hard work, and respect for themselves and their teammates.
